About Qurbani
Qurbani - Udhiya, in Islam, is the donation of the entire animal sacrificed during the Eid al-Adha to those in need. This donation is obligatory for individuals or families who meet specific conditions. The act of sacrifice not only brings Muslims closer to Allah but also fulfills their social responsibilities. The meat from the sacrificed animal is distributed to those in need, providing support to the less fortunate. Qurbani - Udhiya aims to promote social justice, strengthen solidarity, and enhance the overall welfare of society.
Intention & Permission
You choose to give a Qurbani (sacrifice), and you authorize Give Qurbani to carry it out on your behalf. This is called Wakalah — your permission to us to fulfill the worship for you.
This allows the worship to be carried out correctly even if you aren't physically present.
Proper Slaughter
We purchase a healthy animal in one of our 11 supported countries, where real need exists.
Your sacrifice is performed strictly according to Islamic principles, under the supervision of Imams and trained professional butchers.
Distributed to the Needy
The meat is distributed directly to families in need — from Haiti to Guatemala, Kenya to Pakistan, Mexico to the Dominican Republic.
We notify you at every step, and you will receive confirmation once your Qurbani has been completed.
